HR Manager

Liva Kitchens and Interiors is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our people operations as we continue to grow across Kerala.

What you’ll do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and grievance resolution
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and HR compliance
• Build and maintain HR policies aligned with company growth
• Support team culture, engagement, and retention initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of HR management experience (interior design/manufacturing/retail preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
• Based in or willing to relocate to Keral
