LiVA® is located in Nanmara a picturesque small town in Palakkad district, Kerala, India. Nanmara is the entry point to the Nelliampathi hills, which is located at the foothills of Western Ghats. Here there is absolute serenity and the place provides a lot to the smooth functioning of the factory. Liva® has a sprawling vast manufacturing facility equipped with the most modern imported machines and equipments which is the first and the finest in Kerala. The factory is equipped to meet the production requirements of more than 150 houses per month. Started in the year 2009 by Mr. Arun Prasad Joseph, a passionate entrepreneur with a vision to provide superior quality Modular Interiors to deserving clients and delight them. His motto is “You chase quality, quantity will chase you”. Uninterrupted supply of power, water and other basic necessities has always enabled LiVA to deliver goods and services to its customers well ahead of the scheduled delivery time. This is made possible through the active participation of employees who work not as a team but as a family.

Dedicated and trained Design wing comprising of Architects and Qualified Engineers is the backbone of LiVA®. Once the requirements are brought to the design table they coordinate with the customer and finalise the Purchase Order by getting the designs, colours and other fitments approved by the customer. They design the project as per the specific requirements of the customer and many times suggest better options to the customer or take advices from them as well. State-of-the-art Wood CAD CAM System that integrates production and designing work; is the USP of LiVA®. This world-class woodworking engineering and manufacturing software engineer everything on ONE AutoCAD 3D Platform…EVERYTHING. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software and systems are used to plan and manage all the core supply chain, manufacturing, services, financial and other processes of LiVA®. This enables fool-proof execution of projects and timely delivery and installation resulting in increased customer satisfaction.

PRODUCTION

An array of robotic German machines executes each project untouched by human hands. This ensures fast and accurate production and timely delivery. The accuracy and finish of the products from these machines are unparalleled and picture perfect. This is why LiVA stands tall amongst its competitors. LiVA® is the first and finest in Kerala to have these sophisticated machines. In view of the pandemic situation LiVA® ensures minimum contact with products and also sterilises the project after execution. Liva has a dedicated Raw Material Procurement Wing (Materials Department) for international and national sourcing of raw materials and random testing and calibration of raw material which are approved by them to be to be fit for use in our projects. Plywood samples are actually boiled in our laboratory to ensure that it is Boiling Water Proof (BWP) or Boiling Water Resistant (BWR). Based on experience also we have shortlisted suppliers to provide us quality raw materials, mini-fixes, hinges and many other fitments.Company Trained Manpower for Machine Operation. Though most of the machines are robotic and automatic; trained personnel need to oversee the operation as well as give occasional input commands to the machines through operator interface.

These engineers are Company-Trained to get the best out of the machines. They also control, program and maintain the machines. Trained and experienced Workmen ensure that the products are properly assembled and aesthetically installed at the project site. Each project is assigned to a few handpicked workmen; who will install the project to the entire satisfaction of the customer. Array of specially designed Transportation facilities for delivery of finished products to different sites is available at LiVA®. This ensures timely transport giving due care to the products for any damages during transport. Experienced Project Manager and Supervisors oversee the each project. They look into each and every aspect of the production and it is their duty to see that the products are manufactured as per the requirements of the customer.
