Once the Order is confirms after the Customer approves the drawings and designs and colour schemes; our designing team goes ahead with the project to the fully integrated robotic production facility. The designs made using the state-of-the-art Wood CAD-CAM design software are directly fed into the integrated robotic machine that coordinates the panel sizing, drilling, grooving, routing as well as edge-banding. After the production the items are thoroughly checked for any flaws and for conformity to Purchase Order and Customer Specifications. Then Project is flat packed and assigned Project Number and is ready for dispatch to customer site and installation. The production process encompasses all activities right from Purchase Order to installation at customer premises. Installation
We always strive to do our very best. This includes being professional, organised, efficient, and taking utmost care not to cause any damage to the furniture or building during the installation process.
Our installation personnel are skilled and well on the spot such as adjusting the size of workstation surfaces and cutting grommet holes. In the final walk through with the client the workmanship is inspected to ensure that the project is complete in all respects and fully as per the customer’s specifications.
Any issues found are added to a punch list and addressed immediately.
