Terms and conditions
- This quotation will have only 1-month validity from the date of quotation.
- Work will begin after the work order and drawings are approved and the advance payment is made.
- Any changes or cancellation are not permitted once the work order has been signed.
- Work shall be started when the work order and 2D and 3D (if applicable) drawings are approved by the customer along with the making of advance payment.
- We shall not be held responsible for any verbal commitment by any of our employees unless it is specifically noted in the Work Order.
- Customers should ensure the accuracy, models, size, colour etc., of all the items mentioned in the Work Order. Any Changes and cancellations will not be allowed once the work order is signed.
- LIVA Kitchen Interior will make every effort to minimize any potential delays and communicate any changes promptly to the client.
- However it is important to note that unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, government or builder policy changes, or any other causes are beyond our control and may delay the hand-over date.
- We highly recommend that you do a deep cleaning in the home to ensure that all areas are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized,and have a healthy and hygienic environment after the handing-over.
- If the specified Warranty Policy is not adhered to, the customer’s eligibility for warranty services will be rendered null and void.
